A lifestyle integrated into my job as a firefighter for Portland Fire and Rescue, and embraced by my family. I have completed Ironman Coeur d'Alene (’05,’09), Ironman Lake Placid (’08) and Ironman Arizona (’07, ’08, ’09). My Ironman goals are pretty straight forward, 1. Qualify for Kona and 2. Race long enough so my grandkids and great grandkids can cheer me on.
